I wish I had done more research before renting here. I do not feel safe. Gates haven't worked for months. No indication that they will ever be fixed; which is typical of appliances. They are OLD and break down. Management doesn't really fix right. Read your lease!! Management is not professional compared to other complexes. Most leases require notice before entering. NOT here. Management comes in whenever they want.
It is DANGEROUS turning on to Alafaya Trail. I am VERY UNHAPPY HERE AND CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE.

Hi, I'm a prospective international student at UCF. I was just about to sign a lease with Boardwalk and came across this site. Seems like the place sucks big time. Good to have known in advance. Do you know of any place that is safe and good near UCF? I would really like appreciate any help!
