At times you will see over-flowing dumpsters and broken beer bottles all over the place. I can never get to sleep before 4am on Friday night, when I have to wake up early that next morning. I can hear everything going on outside of my apartment at night, which includes drunken screaming and fighting at least once a week. The spots are so tight that I've seen people bang their car door into the car next to them all the time. People are always barging into our apartment, I've woken up to maintence coming into my room four times in the last 8 months. My roomates will come home to find their unlocked bedroom doors locked. The dryer and microwave don't work right and every months electrical bill goes over with no proof of why. Everything in our apartment is old and I'm almost positive there is another mold infestation, which our previous tenants informed us about. Our neighbors apartment is updated with all new stuff, while they pay A HUNDRED AND 55 DOLLARS LESS FOR RENT. Boardwalk says we aren't getting anything new since we don't have a fourth person filling our room. If they could suck up all your money with a straw, they would. I woke up one morning that I was out of town to a message from someone at Boardwalk rudely saying I need to call them back about not paying my rent. Confused I called them trying to explain that I DID PAY MY RENT. They kept insisting I did not and said if I don't pay them for the rent that they're going to evict me and send it to collections. To top it off I had an international flight to catch in three hours I was pleading with them to double check because I most certainly had paid it in advance. They call me back and say they doubled checked and didn't find anything and they agreed that I could send it again FED-EXed out that day... Then I get a call an hour later saying they apoligized and they see that it was paid and that someone had charged me twice by accident in the system. Thanks for wasting two hours of my day, you morons. As a girl you can not walk through at night without someone saying something disgusting or life threatening to you. I've had a stranger randomly tell me, when my roomates and I were quietly walking up the stairs to our apartment, I'm going to come kick your ass white -----.

Yesterday someone in here got kidnapped and they haven't found him. I now carry mace and our gates are finally closed.

Yeah, this is just like my experiences here, scary and bad. Its just a place to party and it's even scary for that. Too much crime and serious stuff to have any fun. And too much noise to do any serious school work. this place destroyed my schedule and academic life and the office does nothing to help. I need to sleep at night this is insane. The office is closed at night and there is absolutely no way to file a noise complaint. Check out the pictures on here and the police reports.

It didn't use to be this bad. The gates are not closed anymore. I have a dealer in my building and a guy way too old to live in student housing whose a violent pill head. He's always messed up and randomly knocks on peoples doors at 4 am. The apartment also had flooding from the hurricane and no one has replaced or inspected the apartment. My new car just got scratched too. I hate boardwalk.
