(user photo) This was pretty normal. (user photo) I said it was loud. Sleep durring night = impossible. And instruments are supposed to be illegal under the contract. (user photo) Beer cans, food, plates, and broken glass all over the volly ball court and pool.

Unsafe & Unfriendly & lots of Bugs

What a Mistake I made staying at Boardwalk. Management puts on a great act and tour when you first get here. Once you sign the lease you get a taste of what it's really like. Gates don't work. You are not in a "gated community" like you paid for. Cops have to come here because of fighting. Ask them when was the last time they replaced the appliances' They are constantly breaking. Management acts like they hate their job. They act like they are our 'babysitters". They think they have the right to come into your apartment any time they want.
And get ready to fight another battle.....BUGS. BUGS BUGS EVERYWHERE. I am a clean person and can't stand rodents. Well, get ready for lots of company!
