Do not live here, I lived here for a total of one semester, luckily I found some guy to take over my room and was so happy he did. First of all, my apartment was infested with ants one morning in my kitchen, when I went to the office to complain, I was told it was our faults for the food..... its a kitchen where am I supposed to put it. Secondly, the management team is the lower 10% of the UCF community. I seriously had to scream at them to get them to listen. They are idiots, it is not that hard to run an apartment complex seriously. I was lucky to have my apartment taken by someone else and moved out of there ASAP. When moving out I had to argue with the idiot blonde in the office who couldn't figure out why I was giving her my keys, hello I am moving out what did you want me to do with them. After moving out they request over two thousand dollars in damages that were already there. I filed a complaint with the Better Businesses Bureau and threatened to file a slum lord complaint and they told me to forget about it. Gee, sound kind of fishy.

Needless to say, do not live here it is horrible. They are nothing more than a bunch of idiots.

Be afraid be VERY VERY AFRAID!!!

agreed, I live her now. for about a year now and it was nice at first but its bad now. the office staff are the dumbest people you will EVER have to deal with. they make the people at the DMV look like rocket scientists. the bug problem is horrible no matter how clean you are. they turn off the water like every 2 days for hours at a time. I was in the shower once while it was turned off. it's loud, annoying and dirty. don't waste your time.
