Lovely!

I have lived in Bocage for five years. The apartments are VERY large -- really enormous for the price -- with high ceilings (for top-floor and villa apartments) and very well laid-out. The environment is VERY quiet, and maintenance is highly accommodating and attentive.
Hurricane Charley took out a lot of the beautiful trees or else "Grounds" would have gotten an easy 5.
This place is SO quiet that we run the ceiling fans whether we need them or not to provide some white-noise cover at night, because the eerie quietness amplifies any sound of the refrigerator or birds chirping or squirrels stomping around or whatnot. The places are so well constructed that you almost NEVER hear your neighbors even when they fight, but I gave construction only a four because the electrical system is a little bit flaky and we trip a lot of circuit breakers, especially when we try to use kitchen appliances.
You often see the owner on-premises, and both the ownership and management seem to take real heartfelt pride in keeping these places really nice.
I really like it here. It feels like home to me.
