Moving in 2001, things really were great here. I would have recommended this property to anyone esp single females. However, something has happened since then. Over the last year esp. the upkeep has fallen, the property seems to be going down hill fast. Upon moving in the office staff were great, helpful, friendly and always willing to take care of problems. However, not sure what has happened there either. Get a friendly hello now is almost impossible. Willingness to meet the need of residents, down. Crime has increased even with having Security company driving thru, (yeah right!!). Recently Sheriff dept is riding around on horseback, does that tell you something'

Ok not to offend anyone, but the clientale has changed too. You use to not see broken down, "cruddy" vehicles in parking lot. Use to not see vehicles just sitting in lot for months at time with no one ever approaching them. Loud groups of ppl hanging out in parking lot late at night with no regards to others attempting to sleep. Outside noise level has increased tremendously but if you mention it to office, sorta just get the "eye roll". Nothing they can do, but can call the security car to drive thru. Like that is of any help and who knows when they would actually get here.

Ok the good: Great location. Easy access to the Bee Line, Hwy 417, John Young, I-4. Grocery, pharmacies near by. Great and easy access to all theme parks. W/D included. Oh and screened porchs/balconies. That is a must in Florida.

one would need to weigh the advantages over the disadvantages and make decision on personal needs/wants/desires.
