New Here At Broadwater

We moved in Broadwater in July, 2005. We are shocked at the other reviews! We had one problem with noise from the people living upstairs, but after calling the manager, we have not had an issue since.
The property is close to Sea World and Universal where we work, so the location is great and close to I-4. We love our apartment and have a great patio view! The staff has been great to us. We plan on staying here for at least another two years.
