what was once good....

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
Have lived at Broadwater for over 5 years. Initially the property, apartment, management etc... was great. However, since that first year, we started noticing things change. Rent prices went up each year, yet appearance, management, parking, etc... went down. And seem to continue.
Although they have had security "cars" driving thru for several years, the only thing I have ever seen the security guys do is place a warning ticket on cars with expired tags. Don't call if you need them unless you can wait a few hours.
The property doesn't feel as safe and secure as it did initially. The apartments are older and are in need of major repairs. For now they do patch work, so the problems return. Was even told by the manager to expect more leaks from the pipes as they are old copper pipes. So if you know the pipes are a problem why dont' replace rather than patch here and there' leaving the resident having to deal with soaked carpets, mildew under the carpet, in the closets, and anywhere else the leaking water reached.
For the price of around 865 or more for a two bedroom, consider the parking issue, the more than often than not leaks, how safe and secure you would feel, and overall "runddown" appearance inside and out.
