We have lived here for 13 years! We cannot believe some of the negative comments made! Prices go up, not down! We are in the best location so STOP COMPLAINING! Also, we have maintenance problems like every other apartment community has. And we are very happy with the maintenace crew here. They have always resolved any issues we have had. We never have a parking problem and always get parking space in front of our door. If you come home early in the morning, that's your problem.
If you don't like it here let me make a suggestion, LEAVE!

I just love it when ppl response is if you don't like it leave LOL. For sure I will be as soon as possible. I too have lived here for many years. And yes a couple years ago, I would have said this place is great. However, in the last two years I can no longer say this, or recommend this property. Glad you have had great success. BTW rent is being 100.00 this go around, not the usual 20.00-30.00. Would like to hear your opinion when told rent is going up this much at one time. And yes rent goes up, but 100.00? This property isn't worth 900.00 to 1000.00 a month. Especially not with all the leaks and not just my place. My neighbors up/down have had two major leaks just in the last month. Makes you wonder who really posted this original post with attitude of don't like it leave, if you come home in morning too bad for you regarding parking. And for sure makes one wonder about who when they say they always park in front of their door. Ummmm. Does the parking space say staff only? |

I have to agree with Seaworld06, this complex is not worth the hefty price tag. For a couple of dollars more you can find a modern apartment with all of the amenities, secure gating, and none of the hassles that come with an old complex that they have been spare in remodeling. I think the original poster needs to get out and take a look at the apartments that are out there now, as it seems they haven't looked since they moved in 13 years ago. |
