BROADWATER IS A WONDERUL COMMUNITY

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
Our rent went up this year. However, we checked other communities only to find they went condo or going condo. The communities that did not had very high rents. We are happy with Broadwater. Our patio faces the golf course which has a beautiful view. The Office and Maintenance Staff are wonderful. They enforce the rules and maintenance does a great job.
DON'T GO CONDOS BROADWATER, WE LOVE IT HERE!
