Old, definitely not worth the price.

We looked into broadwater as a possible apartment complex to relocate to, but as it turns out it's one of the oldest in the area, has none of the amenities, and looked a bit run down both outside, and in the demo they showed us. (The Counters were pretty banged up.. Instead of tiling they had the old fashioned cheapo linoleum. The bathroom looked positively ancient, etc. The paint on the walls looked like it could have been the 60's style lead-based paint that is now illegal. heh.)
Even so, we probably would have considered it had they not been asking almost $900.00 a month for what amounted to a $600.00 a month apartment. The screened in porches were appealing to my wife, but we've become used to a lot better than what Broadwater has to offer.
They asked for extremely high application & deposit fees over what other, newer, nicer, and more modern complexes were asking, and the person who showed us the demo seemed a tad bit rude.
Save broadwater for a last resort.
