Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
i haved lived here for almost 4 years. i love the area they do keep grounds nice and clean.and it is quiet here too.but they could replace things more then they do.i pay around 900.00 but its ok for us.we have been around other places in orlando and this is the safest i think.I never see the cops here or fighting neibors....
