Please be careful when dealing with this apartment complex. My brother and I gave them $100 for an application fee and $100 for a security deposit on a two bedroom unit. After making us wait 7 days for a decision they turned us down, kept our application fee, and, get this, told us we would have to wait 30 days to get our deposit back. Is this legal' Is it fair' You have been warned....
