This place is disgusting! We had three (3), major leaks at different times in our apartment. Two in the walls and another one sprang up in the ceiling two weeks later! Mold and Mildew formed and the management company just came in and just did a patch and paint. They never addressed our mold and mildew issue caused by all the leaks, or the fact that they still charged us full rent even when we had to stay three days in a hotel and our furniture was ruined! Rent is not cheap, we pay $1200 a month for this dump! Also, the wood rot on our patio is now full of ants, we have the Devon unit which we were told does not come with an ice maker, (we were told this after we moved in), the appliances are very old, and the apartments only come with one ceiling fan and the rest of the rooms are not wired for fans, so you can't buy your own. There are NO microwave ovens, so we had to go out and purchase our own. The roaches were the last straw. We are now moving to a much nicer, (and newer), community. BROADWATER IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE! BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID!
