Let me sum up this complex in one word: abomination

Welcome to 1989. This two-story complex is being built in a pristine, bustling International Drive area. Beautiful fresh paint, a friendly staff, and cutting-edge appliances.
Fast-forward to 18 years later and - what's changed' - nothing. Absolutely nothing. The complex is old, and it shows. Any investment into this complex at all has gone to the exterior, and even that is quite minimal. The interiors are the dated cream walls and carpeting that were the fad in the early 90's. The fridge, washer and dryer, and dishwasher all are still originals in their fabulous matching cream. The cabinets are unpainted, handle-less plywood boards and the tile in the bathroom and kitchen shows its molding, faded age. The air conditioner runs 24 hours a day and barely blows a gentle breeze. Maintenance has come repeatedly and reply with "Florida is hot" every time (that's if you can find one that speaks any English at all). The ceiling leaks in 3 different places. Management, when called, replies with "a lot of people have leaks; we'll get to you when we can" but then never sends anyone.
And I sure hope you like parties because you'll get to put up with them every other week or so. You can look forward to calling their wonderfully rude answering service who can transfer you to the apartment's excuse for "security" and then wait 30 minutes for the security guy who is hanging out at the local fast food joint to finish his burger and come over.
The only good things about Broadwater are the grounds themselves are decent and the location is phenomenal if you work at one of the local attractions. But none of that justifies ever moving here and dropping a TON of money to do it. Look elsewhere for your own sake. You've been warned.
