The comments about Broadwater Apartments are completely wrong. My family and I lived at Broadwater for 1 1/2 years and never experianced a problem with management, maintenance or bugs. Upon our move out we were charged for some cleaning but the charges were reasonable and expected as when we gave our notice to move out we received a list of things that needed to be done/cleaned and what we would be charged if they were not. I beleive the comments below are from bitter people who probably left their apartments trashed and were then charged for the clean up. Which they should have expected as they too were probably given the list of charges. As for the people complaining about noise. It's an apartment! Noise at some level should be expected. That is not true, I clean my apt before I move and got most of my money back, But this apt is bad we had a link in the bathroom and the repair guys left the bathroom a mess. We had ants like crazy in the apt talk to management about it they sprayed but there were still ants. We did not have good air in are apt talk to manaement they were very rude and made me mad then they sent maintenace to fix the air it work for a while and then it broke again management is bad and very rude . I am so glad to be out of the place. someone broke into the apt across from me car and stole their door they told me that management did not care. I hate management. the manager with the poping eyes she is soooo rude and she don't have a perfessional bone in her body. please DO NOT MOVE HERE . My husband heard some gunshots one night.When I first moved in it was ok but this place is going down hill belive me.

They broke into an apartment and stole a door? Even I don't believe that! Your obviously uneducated because none of your sentences make any sense at all so you probably are a low life who left the apartment a mess. Move on already because the management in this complex is not bad at all!
