The only good thing about this apartment was the price. The staff was amazingly RUDE and never return calls. We always had to go to the office to get them to do anything in the apartment for us and even then, it took an act of God to get them to get the job done. I can not stand the manager there....she is so rude and hateful and thinks she is SO important. If you are looking for a nice place to live, go elsewhere. They are rude and the neighbors we had were crazy. We wouldn't have the TV up very loud at all and they would start stomping as loud as they could. But save yourself the time and trouble with these people...it's not worth it.

While I don't live in these apartments, the manager should recognize that she looks really unprofessional in her response. If the statements are untrue, say so and be done with it. When you behave so unprofessionally and start calling your customers names, you don???t do your cause any favors. In fact, you come across as unprofessional and give validity to their complaints. If this response is indicative of the sort of response the complainant gets in person, it???s no wonder they complained online and anonymously. Also, as a professional you should use spell check, all of the errors and poor English in your diatribe makes you look ignorant as well as unprofessional. I was given the name of these apartments as a potential short term place to live but will not consider them based on the manager???s response.

Unfortunately, as a professional property manager of 12 years, I must say I agree with ffr's respone Ms. -------. No, although we always try, sometimes we are unable to make all of our residents happy, but as professionals, we also know to let negative comments roll off of us as opposed to becoming defensive. Especially as representatives of our companies and communities. I find it hard to believe that TCRS would be very proud of your response and representation to what is one person's opinion.

I have been a property manager for 15 years and agree with Ms. -------. Residents often do not appreciate what it takes to run a property. Property-pro, I am suprised that you are so quick to side with an angry resident. It is too often that people are so quick to voice their complaints, but so hesitant to state the good in what people do. I find it very hard to believe that someone would base there living decision based on a post as well. I agree that the Property Manager had every right to defend herself, as she was targeted personally in the original response. She also had every right to defend her team from such slander. It is too often that people get away with slander and bad mouthing which seems that is all this website tends to promote! Good for you Ms. -------, for standing up for yourself and your team. your company should be proud!

I have to agree with "formerfutureresident" with management here. I've been living here since I was 7 and I'm now 19. Before my family and I never had problems living here and now problems just fall onto our welcome mat! Although I might think Buena Vista Point is a great place to live, there's a serious need of management upgrade. About three months back my boyfreind and I got robbed at gun point and I don't think that management took it seriously. They were too busy trying to keep it under wraps so their "beautiful apartment complex" doesn't get a bad review. All I can say they did was send a letter to everyone living their stating, and I quote,"There was a possible criminal activity". I thought that was very unsypathetic towards people that have been living their for years! I was very upset at management because it seemed like they only sent it because the police reported it. On top of that they know me and they didn't even bother to ask if I was okay. Furthermore I would like to add that a person shouldn't base their decision to live here on what others say. I've been living here for almost all my life and I simply love it. Everything is so close by and it's in a good area. I just think that Management need to start caring about what the residents have to say and instead of pushing us away listen to us. I don't think we're asking for much. signed "An unsatisfied Resident"
