We lives here for a year when we first moved from NY. For a low income complex I think it has alot to offer. The neighborhood is upscale and the school one of the best in Florida. Who can ask for more unless they can afford it. You can't expect Park Ave. environment in a low income apartment complex but it was great living here while I did. Excellent location and A rated school. I would reccommend it over other low income apartment complexes. We have moved into our dream home but don't regret a minute spent at Buena Vista. The Dr. Phillip little league is fab too.
