We lived there from 2005-2007 and we loved it. Front office/maintenance was quick to respond to all our requests. Across the street from a Winn Dixie and very close to Downtown Disney. Neighbors can get noisy at times but I've never lived in an apt complex where it is quiet all the time. The residents are diverse and there are many families that make you feel right at home. Sincerely, a great place for families or for individuals.
