WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!!

The grounds were filthy with garbage. The neighbors were loud all hours of the day and night. Management would not do a thing about it. In fact, when I complained, the manager insisted the person living next door never complained about noise (he had a hearing impairment). I felt very unsafe in the neighborhood.

Worst experience ever.
