I lived in this place long enough to tell you guys something. That is: Do NOT even think about moving in there!

This is one of the properties owned by a company in Texas. You think they will care about you'

I lived in a unit facing west, scorched by sun every late afternoon. It was hot as hell.

They have enough maintenance crew, but it normally took them 2 weeks to fix anything. I mean, after you came to their office 4 or 5 times. But it made us feel lucky to think about the sewer problem our downstairs neighbor had.

The real pain in the ass is night noises. I had car alarms 2 or 3 times. People gathered in parking lot late night(or should I say very early morning') talking, drinking and playing.

Swimming pool' Not too bad. But nobody is doing anything with the ducks floating in pool water and shitting all day.

Surroundings' Local residents know it is a CRIME HELL. It is true that there is a golf course and a lake nearby. But personally I saw a man arrested in front of my apartment. Check the July 2004 Orlando Sentinel for another murder of a girl.

My current Problem: can not get the check almost 3 months after I move out. They said they mailed it from TEXAS' I called 5 or 6 times and visited the office twice. The people there are far from nice, not to mention "professional".

They do have people living on the property. The only time they did something' Yes, they gave the warning notice when we tried to hang a few baby diapers in the balcony. That was so quick, fast and in time. Applause for their responsiveness.

The office lady who introduced us to the property left the company a year after. Looks like they have frequent new faces. Does it mean anything'
