My husband and I laughed when we came across this review (while searching for a new apartment). We have had all the same issues and some. We complain to management and it's a total waist of breath. Maintenance is a joke! It takes forever and a day to get something fixed- after several calls and visits to the office, eventually someone will come and do their f-in' job. People have been shot, beaten and worse here. We are disturbed all times of day and night by loud music, loud noise, drunk people talking or fighting right outside our bedroom window...which seems to be the hangout for every drunk/high individual in the complex. I have the police station on speed dial. Needless to say we will NOT be renewing our lease here. Almost two years of living here has been a hellish experience. I can't think of a single good thing to say about this complex. Just don't consider calling this place home!
