When my boyfriend and I moved here, it was pretty much out of desperation. Now there's new management and we thought maybe it'd shape up, but no such luck. They prettied up the outside but did nothing for the poor maintenance (try waiting over a year for a new screen door), unruly children, and rampant crime. Generally speaking, the people who live here and in the surrounding neighborhood have no respect for themselves, and therefore no respect for others. Rapes, murders, thefts...I mean, are these people animals or something' By the time my friends and I are out of this place I wouldn't care if a hurricane leveled this hell hole.
