These people have changed their name yet again to the FOUNTAINS. Hah! I had a problem with roach infestation before even moving in. When they gave me the keys, I went in and almost had a heart attack! Bugs everywhere! I refused to move my things in for fear they would later tell me I brought the roaches with me. Lo and behold, when I witheld a portion of the rent after repeated requests to have the problem taken care of, I was sent an eviction notice. We went to mediation and I was accused of keeping a filthy apartment and bringing bugs in. If you can help it....don't move here.
