This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is horrible "Debbie" and her crew, they have the nerve to always have attitudes knowing half the apartment is vacant and they need to fill spaces. They are currently offering 3 months free rent, you can already guess why that is, but if you don't know I will tell. The crime rate for this area is horrible. I went to our local police department to ask for a print out of the crime reports for the past 3 months and the list was 15 pages long. When I initally moved in and did a walk through of my apartment there were things wrong that needed to be fixed, I sent in mulitple complaints however they were never taken care of. Finally I sent in a letter letting the apartment know I was inquiring about being released out of my lease for varies of reasons, and they decided to send a repair person..... go figure 9 months later after I initially put in my request for the house hold issues to be fixed. I am now thankfully moving out, due to the horrible crimes and the lack of sense the apartment management has, and if the Fountians would like to fight me on this, I am able and willing to take them to court.

Yeah, so Rosemont is Rosemont and has been the same Rosemont for years now. Stop trying to use neighborhood crime statistics that have nothing to do with the actual complex as grounds to sue somebody and lay around for free. If you mind your own business and don't associate with shady folks you generally have little to worry about as far as crime. I grew up in Rosemont and lived at Fountain in high school and moved out only two years ago. My mom and little brother still live there and I am happy to go there every Sunday.

Debbie has not worked there since the summer of 07 get your facts right before you do a review it was not like this when she was there

I just moved and the person above me is correct. Debbie no longer works there. BUT I will say.. they have a LONG way to go to improve, the crime rate I would agree doesnt have anything to do with it bc my boyfriend and I NEVER had issues with crime while residing there. However, the first apartment they put us in was infested with roaches so bad we ate out almost every night bc there was NOWAY I was cooking in that hell hole. They offered to move us to another apartment AFTER it was time to renew our lease and AFTER we threatened to move else where. Seeing as this was my first apartment, I wouldnt say they were GOD AWFUL but they have ALOT of improvement needed. Seriously. Oh, and to the other persons defense they went up on my rent TWICE while I was there. So, I believe that.
