I live in one of the townhomes and love it. My neighbors are so nice and the office is always so great. I have had a few maintenance issues, but they get taken care of that same day and it is incredible. I just got a notice that my rent is going up for renewal, but I love that I moved into a new home and plan on staying here as long as I can aford it.

The manager and assistant manager are real idiots! Parking is horrible! NO WAY I would even wish this on anybody!
