I moved in a year ago and so far i'm loving it. I came from a college apartment complex so this place is far better than those apartments will ever be. The staff at the front is wonderful and they are so great to talk to. The walls are a little thin, but I have had no problem with noise. Whenever I have complained the office they fixed the situation right away. I just resigned my lease for another year. Its great living here because its in the middle of everything for me. As for the grounds the guys are here every week mowing keeping it up to make sure it looks nice. If ever doesn't then that is because of the residents. The parking was a problem in the beginning, but they have fixed it to where it's a lot better than it was a year ago.
