Bad, Bad & Bad! The people in the office has a very bad attitude, starting with the Asistant Manager Trisha! They have an attitude that they are better than you! Do not rent here. Walls are very thin and you hear everything thats going on. Price in here is whatever they see fit! One bedroom apartmemts range from whatever price!If you are lucky you will get a decent rent. After leaving in the community for i year my rent went from 825 to 969!! I just move out!!I was waiting for my letter and that Trisha got mad because I was asking to find out about my rent increase. They told me that the manager in here doesn't do anything about the trisha girl because they love each other!! Good luck renting here!!Camden communities I would NOT recommend to anyone!

Sounds like New York and thats not so bad at all. This place is luxury compared to the old ugly apts. in ny and overly expensive.

It is funny that a friend told me about this page and to read about the complex I live in. I find it very funny about the comments made about the girls in the leasing office. Trish is alwyas so pleasant. When my dad was sick I had to leave town and she worked with me on getting my rent paid. She helped me find someone to borrow money from and to this day asks how my dad is doing. She even went to the extreme of calling me while I was in California to check on my dad. The manager alwyas has a smile on her face and is alwyas so nice whenever she sees me. The agents that work in the office always waive to me in the complex and make me feel very safe. I just find it funny that people tend to be mean when they are having a bad situation.
