This is an apartment complex, so the standards can't be set that high to begin with. This is the nicest apartment on Bent Pine, the rest are more run-down and older. I have lived here one year so far. People living there seemed normal. Grounds were kept clean, A/C and appliances were new, so there were not many problems with them. Below is a list of general things to take into consideration.

1.) East Orlando is rather dumpy and is probaply the most undeserible area to live in Orlando, outside of Pine Hills, Etc.
2.) Close to the airport. Good for picking up or dropping off people, bad for pretty much everything else.
3.) Crime...bad area brings crime, my car had an attemepted break in. Watch out! The area bring a lot of transients due to the airport and the Semoran/436 crowd.
4.) The management seemed nice but the company itself is money hungry.
5.) Parking is a joke. Plan to be home at 5pm the latest to get a parking spot.
6.) Tolls..tolls and more tolls. A $1.50 just to get to I-4. I worked downtown. The area sucks for tolls. You have your 528, 408, and 417. These roads can be avoided living anywhere else in Orlando but eastern part.
7.) If you dont need to live 5 mins from the airport, it's just not worth it, there are better places to live for the same money in Central Florida, ganted you work close to the 1-4/downtown region.
