I advise that you stay as far away as possible, especially if you don't want your car stolen. I had been here for only three months and my car was stolen right out of the parking lot. When I talked to management they did nothing about it, but gave me an excuse that somebody ran into the gate thats why it was open. They say its a gated community but there has been many nights i came home late from work and the gates are left open on both sides. The parking is a nightmare. If there is no parking spaces at night and you are forced to park on the curb the next day you will either have a notice on your car saying they will tow it, or it will be towed already at your expense. I can honestly say I have not seen many roaches but silverfish yes I have seen so many im disgusted. They told me the silverfish were coming up from the drains because the apartment was still fairly new. You find them every where in the closets, bathrooms, etc., I even found one on my 1 year olds belly. Last but not least my lease is finally ending thank god! BUT if you give them your 30 day written notice that you are leaving be aware that you will be harrassed until you move. I have recieved 3 notices in the last week for things that are not even true. They try and fine you as much as they can in the last 30 days. Prior to me signing my 30 day written notice I have never recieved a fine. It just goes to show you how they are.

My car just got stolen from the parking lot as well at Camden Lago Vista, the gate was left open last nite too!!
