My Thoughts Both Good and Not So Good

I want to start off by first saying I am NOT management, I am a resident and these are just my thoughts.

- Beautiful apartments, very clean on move in
- Security Gates an issue
- Good sound proofing
- VERY Pet Friendly!
- Pool area clean
- Great exercise room
- Maintenance personnel AWESOME
- Water/Sewer too high (use square footage versus actual usage)
- Management very friendly
