I advise every person that is looking to move that stay as far away as possible, especially if you don't want problems, such as car stolen, no parking after 5pm, when you move out they want to charge you even for how your apartment smell (good or bad). I lived almost 2 years and several cars were stolen right out of the parking lot. When people talked to management they did nothing about it, but gave them an excuse that somebody ran into the gate thats why it was open or that the software was damaged. They say its a gated community but there has been many nights I came home late from work and the gates are left open on both sides. The parking is a nightmare. If there is no parking spaces at night and you are forced to park on the curb the next day you will either have a notice on your car saying they will tow it, or it will be towed already at your expense. BUT if you give them your 30 day written notice that you are leaving be aware that you will be harrassed until you move, I didn't had this situation but discussed with a former resident. Due to a personal issue I had to leave the apartment and was aware that I was going to face some penalties but now from A-Z they are finding issues, even when I delivered a letter asking that I wanted a walk-thru if the find any issues with the property, the manager just ignored my request. Now I might have to hire an attorney because they want to charge me in addition to the $2,900.00 for breaking the lease, an additional amount for replacing the carpet for the entire apartment, when I moved out the apartment was painted, clean and carpets were professionally cleaned. It was not good enough, so I guess I am starting a battle with this complex.
