i'm currently attending FullSail and camden landings is a good 20 mins drive no matter what time of the day .. [ well all except the times that i had those 5am labs there were zero traffic ]
but over all i love this place i started with a 9month lease and just renewed it for another 9month .
All the staffs here are SUPER SUPER friendly and helpful !!
i live in the 1bd room apt it's really clean and quiet the apt layed out strict rules, and everyone follows it .
about garbage i do agree it gets overflow during weekends but during the weekdays it's pretty clean .
now looking back i'm glad that i didn't pick those winter park apts .
also most residents here are families so there isn't alot of "visiting" cars parked in your spot the school i goes to requires all hrs of schooling so no matter if i gets home at 5pm or 1am i'll have no problem finding spots to park near my apt.
