been a resident here for approximately 8 years and this is the first time i have seen this property go straight to the dumps. no more security guards, very noisy at night, gates getting locked some days and other days not, office staff has turned to mush with the exception of one of them-the only one who smiles. the maintenance staff are good. very helpful. i just renewed and am looking to break my lease whatever the cost. getting out of here is worth every penny.

this is true. i moved here because of the 100%. but i am not surprised to see how much the ratings have gone down.
