When I first moved here 2 months ago, I was promised new counter tops that were never installed, and a new blind for my bedroom window that was broken when I moved in. These items have never been installed and whenever I ask about the items, they keep telling me that they will "check" on it. Appliances are old and out dated but other than that the apt is very nice. The grounds are kept very clean and groomed. The pool is always clean and nice. The neighbors are nice and there is always plenty of parking. Living between a state highway patrol cop and an orange county cop, I feel very safe and there is never any ruckus. This apt is very worth the price and it's a great value for what you get.
