I've lived here for a year now and in that time I've seen how dilapidated the buildings are, how low class the renters are, and how the management and staff care about anyone in this complex. I found out that my bathroom had previously had a leak before I moved in which was never fixed properly, so the entire wall was rotten and molded until one day it completely caved in. They had to redo my whole shower and it still isn't fixed properly. My car was broken into as well by some gang member wanna be's who left evidence with their photo and live in this complex. Managment still has yet to do anything to make me feel secure about my neighborhood and I'm forced to move to feel safe. I do not recomend this apartment to anyone until all the thugs and little boy latin king wanna be's are gone from here.
