When I first moved here, it was great. Now the community is starting to go downhill. There have been numerous break-ins and all we are being told is that OPD will be on the property more, I have not seen them. In addition to this the management has decided to inflict an extra 20.00 for trash pickup which is included in the rent never are you given an option here, personally I have no problem with walking/driving my garbage to the dumpster which is still on site by the way. I would trade that service for decent security. Let's look at the other extra fees that they add, base rent 780.00 add the 20.00 trash removal fee water, and a management fee of 4.55 for the less than postcard size paper they type it on. After all that I am pushing close to 830.00, did I mention that was for a one bedroom. Then there is this fee of 300.00 to transfer to another apartment on the same property. Don t know what management is thinking, but I am better off paying for a two bedroom somewhere else. I have being here for 3 years and this will be my last. One thing that they keep up is every Monday the lawns are mowed.
