Recently there has been many cars broken in to and stolen. Buildings are falling apart and not much is done to fix them! A/c unit in laundry room has been broken since April and the window is broke in there too! It is a dog friendly neighborhood but nothing done to enforce ppl to keep dogs on leash, lots of poop everywhere too! My a/c unit is soo old they have to go get special filters for it! you're lucky! My a/c was so old, there was no drainage pipe...when the condensation built up, it just sat in a tray under the unity... once the water got too high, it flooded the a/c and it stopped working. Camden's solution? I should call them once a month and they would wet-vac out the mouldy foul water (that was running over and staining the floor...) And yet they wanted to raise the rent to $925/mo on a one bedroom! I'm MUCH happier in my new place :)

I lived at Camden at one time and totally agree with this former tenant. They just look to raise the rent outrageously and service stinks!!! I am so much happier where I live now, we have a gated community and the management is abosolutely wonderful.
