The alexan at World Gateway is one of the worst "luxury" apartments in Orlando. I have lived here for three months and in that time the "Security gates" have been broken for two months, and the trash has been overflowing for at least half of the time. The office is un-organized and un-responsive to any complaints. I would not recommend it to anyone. It is not worth the money that you spend to live here.
