I honestly would not recommend this complex to anyone. The apartments are adequate, as far as size and design is concerned, but they need much work. Maintenence is a joke. Nothing would be done unless there were numerous, repetitive complaints. We had a water leak for 3 weeks.....the water was leaking into the living room which caused mildew on the rug. Of course this was during christmas time where we were unable to put up our tree.
The staff seemed completely unconcerned about fixing maintenence issues and simply made excuses for them....even after over a year we were there.
We had a constant bug problem. Roaches seemed to find our home to be a coffin. Not sure where they all came from really, we did keep a fairly clean home.
Our apartment was also burglarized. That area of town has frequent visits by the Orlando PD and even more by the local tow trucks that are taking cars with deliquent payments at 3:30 a.m.
Anyone reading this is more than welcome to write me to find out more. My advice is to stay far away from Dover Village and the company that owns it due to the fact that there standards are extremely low.
