Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1997
We lived in Dover Village for 3 years. During that time my childs bike was stolen out of the back yard, our apartment was broken into the day we started moving out. While we lived there there was a fire that was ruled as arson and a man was shot to death by a resident while breaking into his apartment. The apartment design was nice for the price but they raised the rent 20-30 dollars every year but the service didnt increase. We accepted it because we lived in O town.
