I have lived in many apartments all over Orlando, this apartment is by far the best.
My apartment is huge with vaulted ceilings. I find older communities allow for larger apartments. Construction was also better back then. Being single story, I never hear my neighbors. I have had a few maintenance issues that were handled promptly and professionally. The office staff has been very accommodating. Never have I walked into any other office where I have lived and they remember my name. As for some of the other reviews...don?t you know you live in FL and you will have some bugs from time to time' Pest control sprays my apartment routinely. I am very happy living here..Just my opinion.
