The management of this property are clueless and irresponsible. They have no idea what goes on during the day or night. They are rude and confrontational. The property is in serious need of a facelift. The grounds are littered with trash and there are obvious signs of structural problems with the apartment buildings. The neighborhood is a nightmare. I didn't feel safe walking around in the daytime, forget about doing it at night. The parking lots don't have lights.
It is too bad United Dominion has decided to ignore the upkeep of this property. For the size of the apartment it is the best deal in Orlando, but it isn't worth it if the place looks like a slum and the cops are there every night arresting someone.
