Dover Village is a run down community. The office staff are very unprofessional and uncaring. Many managers live on the property, but none of the office staff live on the property. What does that tell you. Living at Dover Village is like living in the projects. Shopping carts are everywhere, trash all over the property. They will try to keep your deposit when you move out. They will try to come up with something to keep your deposit even after you have left the apartment in excellent shape. Please don't just drop your keys off at the office without doing a walk through with the staff because they will lie and say that the apartment was damaged and not clean. Also they have a made up water company. Each month your water bill will go up. There are no meter readers. They send you a bill from ISTA, but you pay Dover Village and they give you the bill back. They are ripping tenants off at Dover Village. It is extremely loud at 3 and 4 o'clock in the morning every weekend. Police frequent the community several times a week. I would advised you not to move into this community. YOU WILL BE SORRY, IF YOU CARE. BEWARE OF THE LIES FROM THE OFFICE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I HATE THIS COMMUNITY!!!! I MOVED INTO THE COMMUNITY IN AUGUST IN WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD BE LUXURY (AS THEY PROCLAIM) BUT AS I QUIKLY REALIZED I WAS LIVING EQUIVALENT TO THE GHETTO IF NOT IN WORSE CONDITIONS. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE OFFICE PERSONEL OVER AND OVER ABOUT SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WERE WRONG IN THE UNIT. I WAS TRICKED TO MOVE IN BY VIEWING THE MODEL BUT IT IS QUITE OBVIOUS THE MODEL IS MISLEADING. YOU HAVE TO BEG TO GET THINGS FIXED, TAKE YOUR OWN GARBAGE TO THE WASTE SITE OR ELSE IT WOULD BE THERE FOR DAYS, DO YOUR OWN HOME REPAIRS BUT YET TAKE YOUR RENT TO THE OFFICE ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH OR ELSE THEY WILL KINDLY ATTACH A 100 DOLLAR LATE FEE. YOU HAVE TO WASH YOUR CAR DAILY BECAUSE THE GARBAGE MAN TENDS TO COLLECT GARBAGE ON YOUR CAR, KILL THE INSECTS,PLACE A DEAD BOLT ON THE DOOR TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND KICK IT IN WHEN YOU ARE READY TO ENTER BUT YET YOU STILL HAVE TO TAKE YOUR RENT TO THE OFFICE ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH. SPARE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND SPEND 4OO DOLLARS LESS A MONTH AND GO TO THE GHETTO YOU ARE GUARNTEED BETTER LIVING CONDITIONS. CARLOS IS A COOL DUDE AND IT IS SAD HE IS IN THIS HELL HOLE MAYBE HE IS USING IT AS A STEPPING STONE BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALREADY FELL ON THE TENANTS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY
