I move once a year, every year for 9 years. This is, hands down, the worst place I've ever lived! First, they lied to us about the amount of the rent. In fact, they created 2 different lease agreements, each with different rent amounts. They refused to honor the original agreement, charged us a late fee (because we were not aware of the change), reported us to our creditors, and threatened to evict us! The apartment was not ready, but we weren't told it wasn't ready until the day we brought out stuff to move in! They were incredibly rude about the whole thing! Our dishwasher, supposedly "brand new," broke the first week we moved in and it took 3 phone calls before someone came to fix it. In fact, all service requires several phone calls. The construction is intolerable. We had to find the foreman in order to get blinds installed (after 3 weeks of no blinds and no privacy). We had to call the front office 5 times for them to complete interior renovation (after 5 months). They finally did the work, but it look terrible! They got paint on counters, carpet, and the tile. The construction workers are using our exterior water source and we are having to pay for it!!!! The neighbors play loud music at all hours of the night. We have NO EXTERIOR lights near our apartment doors!!!
