Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
We just moved in a month ago and haven't had as much trouble as the others claim.
Haven't had any trouble with noise or neighbors. Things seem to be pretty quite.
I must admit that although the gates to the complex do work and so does my card, they are a waste of time. Sometimes I come home to find 5 cars lined up waiting for a resident to come through.
As for the staff, I haven't had a great experience with them. I was supposed to move in on a certain date just to find out that 2 days before then, they decided to finally get my place ready. Which delayed my move in for a week. I wouldn't have even known if I wouldn't had called.
Also while a family member was in town, they became locked out while I was at work. He called the office and they never bothered to show up.
If this place had a better staff it would be a great place to live.
