Let's start with this:
They will promise anything to get you to move in. Once you're in, suddenly, they aren't repairing what they said they would. In my case, it's the door!!
The locks are not sufficient, and crime is becoming a major problem. This isn't just vandalism but armed robberies and rapes.
They promise to go gated soon, but there is no security to stop people from jumping the gates. The residents seem OK, but everyone can't wait to move.
There are plenty of nuisace problems, like bugs and noisey cars.
Get a second job and rent a better place or go live in someone's basement. Just don't rent here!
