Well I wish I would have found this website when I moved in- This is ridicoulous. Lets start with the noisey neighbors. Next, the crap matience jobs....Okay the matience people come in every month to change your air filter on the AC - Why' My guess is so they can pretend they actually do something - My back gate is broken and constantly open - I have reported it a zillion times to no avail - The kitchen is disgusting - And I clean it with bleach from top to bottom - when I moved in they said it was new carpet - I had a carpet guy come because 30 days later these black spots showed up all over- He said it was "refurbished carpet" Have you ever heard of a thing' Still spots everywhere!! There are ants everywhere and I constantly kill them. The windows were painted shut - This was my first apartment - and I hadn't bothered to check for these flaws - Then There ARE NO LIGHTS no light in the living room or the bedroom and you have to share the hot water heater with the other tenats. I hate this place its the ghetto with a fresh layer of paint. No assigned Parking so you have to fight with the drug dealer above you's clients and the prostitutes next door. And they kept these security gates all locked up and as soon as a tenate opened it 15 cars would ZOOM in - People who didnt live there - We nearly got into a wreck twice! I still live here but only because they have 1800 dollar from the security deposit they demanded - She sent me gorgeous photos of the apartments and I thought I was getting a deal - DON'T MOVE HERE FROM OUT OF STATE LIKE I DID! its not worth your money time or heartache
