Bad Area, Horrible Schools, Multiple Muggings.

This complex is located on the west side of Orlando in a bad area. I have been here two years and there have been multiple muggings. Several police officers have told me that the area has a high crime rate. The management put up notices about having some sort of tenant meeting but that never happened. The surrounding schools are all C and D rated.
During the day the complex looks nice. When night time falls You'll hear wide variety of loud music. (Mexican, Haitian, Rap) The washers and dryers on the premises are always broke and need repair. The pool furniture is always thrown in the pool like it's a sport. The gate is always broke and stays open more than closed.

hmmm you must be living in a dif location, yes the gate breaks but its not always broken and i never hear any music, unless you mean when ur outside ur apartment...
