Carlton Arms South Apartments

my home From: ailimpr21 Date posted: 8/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   well i understand about all the people that are writing about the complex being bad and not a safe place to live, but if you think about it where ever you go its not always gonna be safe, crimes are everywhere even where rich people or nice areas are at. i agree that i hate the smell of hacian in the hallways but they dont bother me i dont even see them at all,the managment are the best, if you look at the other complex's that are around here carlton arms south is the best of all, and same or better price too.the complex is always clean and the parking lot is always empty. well i guess carlton arms south is not for everybody,.
